Mithilesh Patil (Founder & Director of Leostar Solutions)

Mithilesh is young entrepreneur. He has completed his bachelors in Chemicals Engineering from Mumbai University. He comes with a Business and leadership experience across various sectors. He has over 15 years of experience in Oil and Hotel Industry. Mithilesh is also a MD of PRIO Industrial Oils, along with that he is a Secretary of Blue Birds Organizations.

In recruitment his range of experience includes handling research projects for industry segments such as BFSI, FMCG, Industrial,
E-commerce, Services, Automobile, Telecom, Media, Retail Agriculture, Pharmaceutical and several other service industries and successful handling of 500+ clients in a span of 15 years.

Swati Patil (CEO of Leostar Solutions)

Having completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Technology from SNDT Women’s University from Mumbai, she has also completed her Diploma in Information and technology. Swati found her interest in legal and management-led roles and consequently pursuing her Law degree from Raisoni University from MP. After working in the sector of Business Development for 7years, Swati has found her calling in Business Development only due to her interest in identifying insights and strong analytical skills. She is extremely passionate about her work and aims to deliver on expectations.
Swati is also a member of Blue Birds Organization and a motivational speaker.
She has delivered her lectures in B.Com, Engineering, MBA colleges also she provides training to the corporate industry.
At Leostar Solutions she is involved in management, business development, and growth strategy and presentations, creating discussion guides, and taking interviews.
